Who holds an account

Only adults hold accounts. Children never sign in and never receive login credentials. A parent or caregiver enters and controls all information about a child.

What we store about a child

• First name only, plus birth month and year (never a full date of birth).
• Dated foot measurements, current size, and non-medical fit observations.
• Preferences: brands, colours, activities and sensory preferences.
• Whether an insert or orthotic is used — as a yes/no flag, with no medical detail.
• Purchase history and fit feedback.
• Optional photos, stored in private storage reachable only by your household.

What we never collect

We do not collect diagnoses, pain descriptions, treatment details, clinician names or any other medical information. Please do not enter it in free-text fields.

Who can see it

Only adults who are members of your household. Access is enforced in the database itself, not just in the app.

Export and deletion

From Settings you can export everything your household holds as a file, and permanently delete your account and all associated child records. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Vendors and affiliates

When you tap through to a vendor we record that a click happened, so affiliate commission can be attributed. We do not send child data to vendors.
