We ask for a first name and a birth month and year — nothing more. There is no child login, no email address and no profile a child can be contacted through.
We do not collect diagnoses, pain descriptions, therapy notes or clinician details. Fit notes are about shoes, not health.
Foot photos, if you add them, go to private storage that only members of your household can open. They are never used for advertising or model training.
Export the whole household record at any time, or delete it. Deletion removes children, measurements, purchases and photos together.
We do not sell shoes. Some vendor links are affiliate links, and sponsored placements carry a visible Sponsored badge. Sponsorship never outranks a higher-confidence match.
